Aer Arann invests €8m in booking system
Aer Arann has announced the introduction of its new reservations online booking and check-in system using the Openskies system provided by Navitaire.
This represents an investment of €8m over five years for the airline, which now serves 16 destinations across Ireland and the UK.
The company says the benefits from the facility will provide the optimal tools to fuel the airline's growth.
Jennifer Mooney, Commercial Manager, Aer Arann said: "This represents a significant investment for Aer Arann. In the coming months we will be introducing a number of web fare promotions allowing passengers to travel for lower than ever before."
Openskies is used by more than 40 airlines worldwide, including Ryanair, BMI Baby, Virgin Express, Air 2000 and MyTravelLite.
