Ink Publishing ceases trading

Ink Publishing Ltd - publishers of Magill, In Dublin, Irish Wedding & New Home and High Ball - ceased trading this afternoon.

Managing Director Michael Hogan explained that the Board of Directors reluctantly made the decision following poor trading conditions and falling advertising sales.

The company is to arrange a Creditors meeting as soon as possible although no later than the end of October 2003.

The news came in the form of a short statement issued by the company this afternoon.
