Eurobank leaves interest rates unchanged
The European Central Bank kept interest rates unchanged today, with some economists saying the bank may have finished cutting rates while it waits for evidence of a long-awaited recovery.
The ECB’s governing council, meeting in Frankfurt, left the key refinancing rate at 2%, where it has stood since a half percentage-point cut on June 6.
