Ryanair Holdings PLC, the Dublin-based low cost airline, said it will carry 100,000 passengers in the first full year on its new Pau, France to London route.

Ryanair Holdings PLC, the Dublin-based low cost airline, said it will carry 100,000 passengers in the first full year on its new Pau, France to London route.

Ryanair chief executive, Michael O'Leary said the airport competed for Ryanair's business with 20 other airports, including nearby Tarbes.

He said Ryanair chose to partner Pau because of "its efficient facilities, low costs and progressive management."
