NTT DoCoMo Inc said it will set up a wholly-owned research institute in Beijing to help develop next-generation mobile phones.

NTT DoCoMo Inc said it will set up a wholly-owned research institute in Beijing to help develop next-generation mobile phones.

DoCoMo Communications Laboratories Beijing Co Ltd will be capitalised at 630mn yen, the company said.
