Nokia to launch global mobile online service

Nokia Corp is to launch its global mobile online service, N-Gage Arena, on October 7, when its N-Gage game deck will be commercially available.

Nokia said the N-Gage Arena will enable a worldwide virtual community of gamers to play mobile online games and to find other players.

Nokia will host the service and it will be offered to the gamers through operators, it said.
