ISME lashes Govt over benchmarking

ISME has described the Government's action plan on benchmarking as cynical, flawed and lacking in substance.

The plan, which was released recently by the Department of Finance attempts to introduce procedures in order to improve productivity in response to pay increases to public servants under the benchmarking arrangement.
