Two resign from Kingspan board

Chief operations officer Robert Barr has resigned from the board of Kingspan.

He is leaving to become a member of a private equity syndicate investing in a British based business.

Danny Kitchen has also resigned as a non-executive director to concentrate on increased overseas business commitments.

The announcement was made by the building materials group in a statement issued earlier today.
