Ryanair second in passenger complaint list

Irish low fares airline Ryanair has come second in a passenger complaints list in Britain.

British Airways was top of the poll, generating twice as many complaints to the Air Transport Users Council as 2001.

Mishandled baggage topped the list, accounting for a quarter of telephone and written complaints.
