O2 to introduce All-Ireland rate

O2 Ireland is to introduce a new roaming service called All Ireland to its business and consumer customers.

The new service is aimed at reducing the costs for people making and receiving calls on their mobile phones to numbers within Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
