Ireland is to have its first environmentally friendly cement manufacturing facility, located in the port area of Dublin.

Built by Irish cement firm, Ecocem Ireland, the €10m high-tech facility will manufacture an environmentally friendly cement called GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Cement).
