Tottenham Hotspur PLC has said it is considering a fund-raising to secure additional new funds, as it warned of a £5m (€8m) pre-tax loss for the year end to June 2003.

Tottenham Hotspur PLC has said it is considering a fund-raising to secure additional new funds, as it warned of a £5m (€8m) pre-tax loss for the year end to June 2003.

The statement was made in response to press speculation about a possible equity issue by the club.
