Eircom praised in watchdog report

Telecoms watchdog ComReg has issued the findings of a report into eircom's provision of leased lines to its competitors.

Eircom has the broadest telecoms infrastructure since it was a sole market operator, and it has been ordered to allow competitors use its lines at a reasonable rate to facilitate competition.
