FRS, a company that organises farm relief services in Ireland, has claimed that up to 10,000 Irish dairy farmers will be forced out of business by the planned reform of the EU's Common Agriculture Policy.

The company said the Irish public also appeared to be ignorant of the effects that CAP reform would have on industries dependent on the agriculture sector.
