Housing market masking construction slowdown

The managing director of a leading construction cost management company has predicted a significant reduction in construction levels outside the housing market this year.

Michael Webb of David Langdon PKS said the strength of the housing market is masking a large decline in general construction projects like schools, hospitals and office buildings.
