Kranos launches 'BrokerMate'

Dublin-based Kranos Technologies has launched a new platform for the banking and insurance sectors.

In partnership with Hush Communications, BrokerMate is a secure platform which allows brokers to submit applications electronically.

It bypasses the need for manual signatures by using digital signatures for document signing.

An early version of the product is already being used by ICS Building Society.

CEO of Kranos, Terry Wymer, commented: "This system represents the next evolutionary step in the way broker-based business will be carried out in the future."
