The Bank of Ireland has predicted that second-hand house prices will increase by 8% this year, with new house prices expected to remain static.

The Bank of Ireland has predicted that second-hand house prices will increase by 8% this year, with new house prices expected to remain static.

In its latest Property Review, the bank also said there was little evidence to support predictions of a fall in house prices, with demand continuing to outstrip supply.
