Dairy agreement signed ahead of EU decision

Leaders of the country's farming bodies have signed a unique agreement aimed at defending the dairy sector from proposed EU reforms.

The far-reaching reforms will be negotiated when European farm ministers meet in Luxembourg tomorrow.
