Sabio implements call centre solution for Gem
Sabio has implemented Ireland's first Cisco Ip-based call management solution for Gem, the Belfast-based outsourced CRM provider.
The call centre is based on the Cisco AVVID (Architechture for Voice Video and Integrated Data) framework. It provides Gem with advanced call handling, management and automation capabilities.
Gem previously specialised in e-mail services but found a demand from customers for voice handling capabilities.
