SkillSoft is to delay the filing of its fiscal 2003 financial statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

SkillSoft is to delay the filing of its fiscal 2003 financial statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

It is not to include its audited financial statements and other related financial information as part of its annual report for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2003 which is to be filed on May 1.
