Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever is thought to be planning to sell a number of toothpaste businesses worth up to $300m, it emerged today.

Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever is thought to be planning to sell a number of toothpaste businesses worth up to $300m, it emerged today.

The group – products range from Dove soap to Magnum ice cream – is reported to be intending to sell the Mentadent, Pepsodent and Close-Up toothpaste brands.
