Norkom signs deal with BT

CRM provider, Norkom Technologies Ltd., has signed a deal with BT to implement a new European market intelligence programme using Norkom's customer intelligence solution Alchemist(tm).

CRM provider, Norkom Technologies Ltd., has signed a deal with BT to implement a new European market intelligence programme using Norkom's customer intelligence solution Alchemist. This solution will provide a customer and market information platform across BT 's European operations.

The aim of the market intelligence programme is to provide BT with a fully integrated view of its relationship with its pan-European customers. This will enable BT to better serve these customers with the most appropriate product offering. Norkom Technologies worked closely with an in-house BT team to define the IT architecture needed to support the new market intelligence programme.
