65,000 extra airline flights announced

A total of 65,000 additional airline seats to Ireland have been announced through various services today.

Three new airline routes from Norway and Sweden, and the reinstatement of the Billund service from Denmark, have led to the increase.

Ireland is ranked in the top 20 holiday destinations in Norway and Denmark, although in niche sectors such as golf holidays, its in the top 10.
