Trade grows to €3bn a year between north and south
The body set up under the Good Friday Agreement to promote cross border business says that trade between north and south has now grown to €3bn per year.
Intertrade Ireland claims that further trade can actually be achieved.
However, Chief Executive Liam Nellis is warning that more needs to be done to forge closer links on the island of Ireland.
He insists that we need to get rid of some of the misconceptions that business people in the North have about those in the South.
