The Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA) has lodged a complaint with the Government over alleged anti-competitive practices by some insurance firms.

The PIBA claimed that some companies are encouraging brokers to only sell their firm's products, while others are threatening to end contracts with agents if certain targets are not met.
