Police charge six after mobile phone takeover

German prosecutors have filed charges against six people in connection with the 2000 takeover of Germany’s mobile phone operator Mannesmann by Vodafone.

German prosecutors have filed charges against six people in connection with the 2000 takeover of Germany’s mobile phone operator Mannesmann by Vodafone.

Prosecutors in Düsseldorf did not identify the six, nor say what they were charged with as a result of the two year probe.
