RTL in talks with Electric Paper

Rapid Technology, RTI, is in reverse takeover talks with Dublin e-learning company Electric Paper, according to reports.

Shares in Rapid Technology, listed on the London AIM and Dublin stock exchange, were suspended on December 24.

Rapid's business is to develop, market and distribute its ScreenKey technology. The company has not managed to reach profitability.

Its Chairman and founder is Pat McDonagh, founder of Riverdeep.
