Eurobank leaves interest rates unchanged

The European Central Bank has left interest rates unchanged.

Its decision to leave the key refinancing rate at 2.75% was widely expected after last month's half-percentage point cut.

But economists warn that more cuts could be ahead if a war in Iraq disrupts Europe's economy.
