Computer giant Intel has appointed the general manager of its Irish operations to one of its vice president roles across its global operations, it was reported today.

Computer giant Intel has appointed the general manager of its Irish operations to one of its vice president roles across its global operations, it was reported today.

Jim O’Hara of its Irish operation is one of several new appointees and will lead the company's Irish technology manufacturing area.

Mr O’Hara joined Intel in 1991 and was appointed as General Manager in April this year.
