Heineken NV said it has fully acquired Heye Glas Nederland from Hermann Heye KG of Germany for an undisclosed amount.

Heineken NV said it has fully acquired Heye Glas Nederland from Hermann Heye KG of Germany for an undisclosed amount.

Heineken previously held a 33% stake in Heye Glas Nederland, which makes the brewer's green bottles intended for international export.
