The Small Firms Association has claimed that an average of 490 jobs are lost in Ireland every week because of a lack of competitiveness in Irish businesses.

The Small Firms Association has claimed that an average of 490 jobs are lost in Ireland every week because of a lack of competitiveness in Irish businesses.

The association said rising wage and insurance costs are the main causes for the erosion of competitiveness.
