Legal proceedings have been initiated against an Irish engineering firm for inadequate software licensing.

The action is being taken by the Business Software Alliance. It alleges that "Curley Smith Design Partnership" had unlicensed copies of Autodesk software programs installed in office computers.

This is the latest in a series of actions taken by the BSA against a number of engineering and architectural companies.
