Rococo Software and AI Corporation partner in Japan

Rococo Software and Japan-based software distributor AI Corporation have announced their partnership to promote and distribute Rococo's embedded Java solution in Japan.

AI Corporation will distribute Rococo's products and services aimed at making building Bluetooth applications in Java easier.

Rococo's CEO Sean O'Sullivan said of the partnership, " AI Corporation's expertise in selling to the embedded Java Market in Japan will help Rococo extend its customer base in Asia. With over 12 million Java handsets already deployed in the marketplace, Japan clearly leads the revolution taking place around Wireless Java. As the home of consumer electronics, Japan is a key marketplace for Bluetooth development."

Headquartered in Dublin, Rococo uses key industry standards to enable fast, easy Bluetooth application development in Java. Rococo was a member of the JSR-82 Group, which developed standards for Java and Bluetooth and is an associate member of Bluetooth SIG.
