EBS sells headquarters for E12m

Building society EBS has sold its five storey headquarters at Westmoreland Street in Dublin 2 for over E12m, but hasn’t yet got a buyer for its block on Townsend Street.

The firm also sold two sites off Pearse Street which brought its disposals to E20m.
