NewWorldIQ acquires Paramark

NewWorldIQ, a provider of Enterprise Marketing Automation (EMA) solutions, has announced the execution of an acquisition agreement with Paramark Corporation, a provider of automated, real-time optimisations of online marketing campaigns.

The newly combined company will enable marketing personnel at large and mid-sized companies to launch and track marketing campaigns, both online and offline, which deliver real and measurable ROI.
