Sherry Fitz, Simply Mortgages form brokerage service

Irish estate agents chain Sherry FitzGerald Group PLC said it is to create a nationwide mortgage brokerage service with Dublin-based Simply Mortgages Ltd.

The new brokerage - called Sherry FitzGerald Finance - which will be operated and managed by Simply Mortgages Ltd, will be available through Sherry FitzGerald's 67 franchised branches across the country.
