New 'contactless' pay method expected

Visa international is bringing the idea of a cashless society closer to reality. The company has now developed a smartcard payment system that enables cash free transactions.

Customers will now be able to pay for goods and services with a 'contactless' smart card without having to root through their wallets or search for cash.
