Caruana: Euro zone inflation risks on the downside

Bank of Spain governor Jaime Caruana said euro zone inflation risks are on the downside.

Speaking on the sidelines of the informal meeting of EU finance ministers and central bankers here, Caruana said: "The risks have moved to the downside, and now inflationary risks are more balanced."
