SAS to provide technology for Special Olympics

Software company, SAS has announced it is to provide its technology for use at the Special Olympics World Games, which is to be held in Ireland next year.

Software company, SAS has announced it is to provide its technology for use at the Special Olympics World Games, which is to be held in Ireland next year.

SAS will use its technology to build and support a participant database, containing profiles of all the participants across the 18 events.

The database is expected to be available to everyone and will particularly serve as a tool for media covering the event. SAS will also provide financial sponsorship for the event.
