UK supermarket chains Tesco PLC and Costco lost their latest legal battle to sell cheap Levi jeans in the UK.

The UK high court, in a decision penned by judge Justice Pumfrey, upheld Levi Strauss's right to decide how its brand is distributed in Britain and at what cost.
