Lloyd's names lose court appeal

A group of former Names battling for compensation from Lloyd’s after losing their investments to asbestos-related insurance claims failed again at Britain's Court of Appeal today.

Three judges rejected allegations that Lloyd’s had committed fraud and refused to allow an appeal on the grounds that a High Court trial was unfair.
