Macalla signs deal with salesforce.com

Irish software company, Macalla Software has signed a deal with salesforce.com.

Salesforce.com is to provide Macalla with an Internet based global Sales and Marketing Automation System across its offices in Dublin, London, Frankfurt, Rotterdam and New York.

The automated sales and marketing system will allow Macalla's sales force to view and update customer data in real time from any location.

Macalla has said that it is targeting global mobile operators and financial institutions and therefore required automated and centralised sales and marketing systems to manage sales prospects and the sales pipeline.

Macalla software provides e-Commerce solutions to mobile operators and enterprises and has its headquarters in Dublin.
