Cape Clear and Salesforce.com become partners
Irish web services provider Cape Clear Software has signed up CRM company Salesforce.com as a new integration partner.
Salesforce.com users can now use Cape Clear's CapeStudio development environment to link their CRM application to other systems and applications throughout the enterprise more quickly and cost-effectively that a typical EAI (enterprise application integration) exercise.
"By enabling firms to access customer information online in real-time and coupling that with the ability to run reports at the click of a mouse, Salesforce.com is able to reduce costs and improve productivity over traditional CRM implementations," said Cary Fulbright, senior vice president of marketing and products at Salesforce.com.
Salesforce.com customers include Autodesk, Dow Jones Newswires, Ericsson Microelectronics, Fujitsu, Siemens PT&D and USA Today.
