Indian Airlines to acquire 43 aircraft over next 5 yrs for $2.2bn (€2.25bn)

Indian Airlines said it will acquire 43 aircraft worth $2.2 bn (€2.25bn) over the next five years, regional director Vikram Badshah said.

"Most of the new aircraft would replace the present ones and will also help in further strengthening the existing fleet," Badshah told reporters.
