Am-Beo ranked in European start-up top 10

Galway based telecommunications company Am-Beo has been ranked one of the top 10 European start-up companies by reputable technology publication, Tornado Insider.

The company provides rating and revenue chain marketing platforms for the services industry.

The Tornado Insider has said that it selected Am-Beo for its ability to deliver innovation, set new standards and influence major markets among other qualities.

In separate news, the company announced that it is launching a new product Roam Manager in conjunction with German-based Fujitsu Consulting.

Roam Manager is a product for handling TAP 3.9 (latest standards governing roaming operations) transactions for inter-carrier roaming. Roaming is a service that allows mobile users access on a non-native network. The new product also offers full GPRS support.

The company's main product is rate-rec, a product providing solutions for rating and settlement requirements for voice, data and other usage based services. Am-Beo also has offices in Denver and New York.
