AIB selects Trintech PayWare

Trintech has said that AIB has chosen PayWare Resolve AS 5.0 to automate the handling of disputed card transactions.

AIB, which it Ireland's largest card issuer and merchant acquirer, is deploying this dispute management software at its credit card headquarters in Dublin in an effort to improve the processing of disputed transactions.

Once Resolve AS 5.0 is installed, AIB will process a significant number of disputes with no user intervention.

This will result in faster reponse rates since disputed transactions normally generate a substantial amount of paperwork between the merchant and the acquirer.
