Provident launches software

Scottish Provident Ireland, a part of the Abbey National Group, has negotiated a special deal with Fyntel, a financial software company based in Dublin's IFSC, to provide a new Broker customer relationship management software exclusively to Scottish Provident brokers nationwide.

The product, "Fyntelligence", is a windows based fact find and needs analysis software package that helps brokers build better relationships with and maintain better client profiles.

The software allows brokers to calculate customer needs and requirements by means of an easy input user-friendly interface.

Once the data is entered the software gives screen presentations of the main client priorities and plans and also helps track new business and commissions.
