Performix solution to be implemented by VHI
VHI Healthcare is to implement Performix Technologies' business performance improvement solution, Emvolve Performance Manager in its customer services centre.
The Kilkenny contact centre handles about 2.5 million customer contacts annually and is focused on delivering integrated healthcare services. The aim of this deal is to enhance the service that VHI offers to its customers and it is hoped that it will bring major improvements to its business performance by improving the performance of the customer services advisors who work at the contact centre.
