Dell introduces lightest laptop yet

Dell Computer Corporation has introduced its thinnest and lightest wireless-ready Latitude(tm) notebook.

The Latitude X200 weighs 1.27kgs and measures 19.8mm's thin.

It features a Intel Pentium 800 MHz processor, a 12.1-inch TFT display, a 30GB hard drive and up to 640MB PC133 SDRAM.

It is priced starting at €2,299 excluding VAT and delivery.

Dell's revenue for the past four quarters totalled $31.2bn (€50.2bn) and has substantial operations in Ireland.
