Iona Technolgies' lawsuit against its spin-off Cape Clear Software aimed at preventing the appointment of Iona's former sales director, has been criticised by former staff members.

When the legal action started, Annrai O'Toole (Iona's founder) resigned as a member of the board of Iona.
